Great experience, great service

Came on a random weekday and the process was quick and easy. Parked there and walked to the launch site, visited a sandbar, small beach, stream. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, good with the kids, flexible with time for a half-day rental.

Awesome, Friendly, Knowledgeable etc...

We (my teenage son and I) rented a canoe for half a day which was very reasonably priced, although we didn't launch from the site of Sebago Trails Paddling Company, we did go up the road about a 1/4 mile to the Sabago boat launch site and had a great time. Thank you Sebago Trails Paddling Company, we will see you next year during our annual visit to the area. It was my son's first experience canoeing and you all were part of the experience. He loved it.

Great customer service for kayak purchase

My husband and I purchased two kayaks from this company in May 2018. We were really pleased with the customer service. Bill gave us thoughtful advice about the size/kayak we were considering and spent a lot of time helping us decide what we wanted.

Peaceful day on the water!

We had a leisurely trip up river guided by a heron who flew ahead around each bend. We saw turkeys, ducks, turtles, snakes, and one fish! The staff warned us that a nickname for a tandem kayak is the Marriage Breaker, but it was perfect for us. The staff was lovely and helped us with everything we needed, even a dry bag for our phones and bag lunches.
